Hey Messenger users, Aaron here. We are seeing an issue where Messenger versions 8.1 and 8.5 are experiencing a technical issue that is causing a blank white box to appear in the conversation window. If you are the 9.0 beta you might be seeing an Office Logo. Believe it or not this is the same bug. The issue does not impact your ability to send and receive messages. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working hard behind the scenes to lose the box and the logo. Hang tight, it should be back to normal before you know it!

Why not my computer does not supoort the share file? I tried many times but nothing helpful. I will be very appreciated if you can help me.

Why is it my windows live has been faulty for at least severn days now , thought this was suppose to be easier and a better system for everyone to use . very flustrating here as no communications with anyone on windows Is it only me that has suffered through this . Looking down this blog I see some people have the same problems logging on to messenger and trying to reply to people IM with no avail . time I think to change my server .

The last 3 days when I attempt to log on to Windows Live Messenger I receive the ERROR Message that the service is temporarly unavailavble, ( for 3 days???). ERROR # 8100030d is displayed. Can anyone tell me what is going on and how long the system will be unavailable?

Hi, Am struggling to get any sort of help here so thought you might notice if I posted problem on here. Sorry for the randomisity of it. I have problem with msn messanger where when i open it up it shuts down, I have tried uninstalling then reinstalling, changing my email to see if it is linked and so forth, it is the same problem, I have ran your anti virus for messanger it found nothing help... I think it may be linked especialy to offline messangers. Help as I need msn to stay in contact with various people.

I have a message on my screen telling me that I have been signed out of .net messenger because I signed in at another location. I visit the USA from time to time and sign in while there. Perhaps someone can advise me as to what effect this will have on my use of the messenger service in future, both in the USA and here in the UK.

Hope someone can help

I have multiple Live ID's. Today all but 2 disappeared and when I try to sign onto the ones i know I had, I'm told they don't exist....

Any clue as to where I can find them again?

Re Fraz 19th Aug.Try the following :

Remove (temporarily) all security and firewalls.

Try this .Get command prompt( as administrator) ..type cmd in search...select c// ....

netsh interface tcp set global autotuning=disabled

It worked for me !

MSN excellent! But video leaves a lot to be desired.

Question: Is it possible to write to screen when full screen picture is on?

The two video screens at startup are too small. Can we increase the size for viewing correspondent without going into full screen mode?

i cannot get my msn to work i have had this problem for a couple of months now the screen freezes and it says windows live messanger has stopped working and then it goes blank i have tried everything to get it to work with no success can u help me
